We work for and by people, seeking the position that best suits our candidates and responding to the needs of our clients. We specialize in recruitment, selection, hiring, and the provision of temporary staff to work under the direction and control of our clients. From our staffing offices, we also perform direct selection and market online training.

Our Human Resources consultants have a multifunctional profile, so you will have the opportunity to develop in different areas:

Commercial:

• Management of your own client portfolio, through direct relationships with companies of different sectors and sizes.
• Identifying the needs of our clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiating budgets and following up on client services.

Selection:

• Carrying out the selection processes under your responsibility, from defining the profile with the client, through resume screening, group dynamics, personal interviews, psychometric tests, to the presentation and defense of final candidates.

Hiring:

• Providing advice on labor matters, social security, payroll, and invoicing, both to our clients and to the workers we hire on a temporary basis.
