We need to recruit an HR Consultant to work for an important client in the SAN MARTIN Y MUDRIÁN (Segovia) area, where you will provide services for the selection of profiles in the industrial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Your responsibility will be to guarantee service in the management of the workers provided, based on the established quality parameters and objectives.
-You will manage the recruitment processes for all the profiles our client needs, from sourcing and individual interviews to group dynamics and final selection.
-You will also handle the onboarding and training of new hires to ensure proper integration and team motivation.
-You will also carry out the collection of documentation so that the hiring process can be carried out
-You will build a close relationship with the client, liaising with the different managers in each department and area to understand their needs and forecast staffing requirements.
