Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable previous experience as a Promoter Coordinator, Sales Team Leader, or GPV (previous experience in people management is essential).
Solid knowledge and experience in the technology, mobile telephony, and telecommunications sector (technical specifications, mobile ecosystems, retail tech).
Marked leadership, energetic character, problem-solving capacity, and communication skills to motivate and provide feedback to the team.
Fluent use of IT tools (Excel for data control and templates, CRM, or reporting tools).
A valid B driving license is essential, along with availability to travel regularly throughout the North Zone (occasional overnight stays of a maximum of 1 night per month if the route requires it).

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract: Permanent / Stable.
Salary: €21,000 gross annual fixed + annual variable of up to €3,000 upon achievement of objectives (total up to €24,000 gross/year).
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 h.
Work tools: Company vehicle, Solred card for fuel and tolls, corporate smartphone, and per diems covered according to route travel.

At Randstad Outsourcing, we are looking for a Telephony Promoter Coordinator for the North Zone, based in Bilbao. This is a strategic, stable, and priority position for the comprehensive management of a first-class team of promoters. What you'll do

Leadership and management of the direct team: Coordination, motivation, continuous evaluation, and management of schedules and shifts for the team of promoters in the assigned zone, ensuring alignment with the account's commercial plan.
Planning and routes: Direct management and optimization of routes and visit times across the different points of sale in the North Zone (Bilbao, Santander, Burgos, León, Pamplona, Logroño, San Sebastián, and Vitoria).
Contingency plans: Creation of agile coverage plans in the face of unforeseen events, sick leave, or vacancies in stores.
Reporting and monitoring: Data collection, analysis of sales KPIs, and preparation of weekly reports and ad-hoc information for the client and Randstad managers.
Operational link: Acting as a direct link between the store team, national supervision, and the final client.
