What you'll get

Salary according to collective agreement of 21677 gross per year
Temporary contract from 23/11/2026 to 30/01/2027.
Schedule from 13:00 to 21:00hs, with availability to work between 32hs and 40hs weekly (varies depending on the week).

What you'll do

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the brand's primary ambassador at the point of sale, ensuring a unique shopping experience for every visitor. Your main functions will be:

Customer service and advisory: Identify each customer's needs and offer personalized guidance on the product range.
Point of sale management: Cashier duties, processing exchanges or returns, and maintaining order and tidiness in the store.
Visual Merchandising: Replenishing product and ensuring that the store presentation complies with the brand's visual guidelines.
Stock control: Receiving merchandise, labeling, warehouse organization, and periodic inventories.

Requirements

Retail experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail will be valued (highly valued in sectors such as sports, fashion, or outdoor).

Passion for sport/outdoor: Affinity with an active lifestyle and the brand's values.

Service vocation: Customer orientation, dynamism, empathy, and good communication skills.

Languages: Fluent Spanish and Catalan, medium/high level of English.

Teamwork: Proactivity, schedule flexibility for rotating shifts, and a desire to collaborate in a positive environment.
