Shift Manager – Plastic Injection in Les Franqueses del Vallès

At Temps, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join a top industrial company specializing in plastic injection.

We are looking for a person with plant experience, good technical judgment, and the ability to coordinate production during their shift, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, order, and productivity standards.

• Control production during the shift.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities according to production needs.
• Perform process parameter adjustments on injection machines.
• Manage regrinds, color changes, and emptying of finished machines.
• Create process parameter sheets.
• Execute mold and color change checklists.
• Approve the first shots of each production batch.
• Perform necessary tests and adjustments in production.
• Carry out first-level maintenance.
• Clean magnets and maintain order and cleanliness during the shift.
• Report incidents during the shift.
• Ensure the correct use of machines, tools, and PPE.
• Promote compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and support workers at their workstations.
• Collaborate in continuous improvement and incident investigation.

To be the person responsible for the correct functioning of the factory during your shift, coordinating production priorities, adjusting process parameters, and guaranteeing that production is output in the appropriate quantity and quality.

• Previous experience in plastic injection.
• Knowledge of injection processes, color changes, and parameter adjustment.
• Experience in similar positions.
• Ability to organize priorities in the plant.
• Good attitude, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, resourceful person oriented towards quality, safety, and productivity.
• Availability to work in monthly rotating shifts.
