The role

Have you previously worked as a surveyor or customer service representative? If so, Randstad is looking for you!

We are looking for people with previous experience as a surveyor or in telephone customer service, with good diction, a proactive attitude, and a desire to contribute to a team that values quality in every call.

What you'll do

Outbound calls.
Telephone surveys of public interest in the television sector.

How you'll work

The schedule from Thursday the 19th to Saturday the 28th is from 13:30 to 21:30, and Saturday is from 11:00 to 18:00. Monday and Sunday off.
Offices located in Madrid, Planetario area

-On-site working day for one month from 19/11 to 28/11.

-Excellent working environment and constant support.

-Experience in the telephone research area for media outlets

Requirements

Previous experience as a telephone surveyor.
Good proficiency in office automation and the Office suite.
Full and immediate availability.
