The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct interviews: Contact people by telephone and ask them the questionnaire questions according to the established protocol.
• Record data: Enter responses accurately and promptly into the system.
• Follow protocols: Adhere strictly to the survey script and quality standards to ensure that the data is reliable.
• Communicate effectively: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and cordial conversation.
• Meet objectives: Reach the daily goals established by the company or the research project.
• Report incidents: Inform supervisors about any technical or other difficulties that arise during fieldwork.
• Verify and correct data: Check the quality of the responses and correct errors if necessary, although the system often assists in this process.

• High level of Basque, both spoken and written, is essential

• Availability to work afternoon shifts, with the possibility of working mornings
