The role

At Randstad Spain, we are looking for an Administrative Technician to provide support to one of our clients in the retail sector.

What you'll do

Identifies skill gaps among talent and reports them to ensure their development.
Conducts talent assessments to identify high-potential individuals for specialized positions.
Assists in creating tailored development plans for talent, focusing on skill improvement and growth opportunities.
Prepares updates for clients on talent development initiatives and supports workforce optimization recommendations.
Supports the identification and alignment of job opportunities/assignments for talent in the short and long term.
Supports the HR cycle for longer assignments or contracted talent within the specialization.
Builds a strong talent pipeline through networking. Level Description
Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
Performs tasks using existing procedures.
Receives guidance and direction from higher-level positions/managers within the discipline.
Contributions are typically limited to task-related activities; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
You will exchange information directly, ask questions, and verify understanding.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in personnel administration.
Dynamic, proactive person with a desire to learn.
Training in administration, labor relations and HR, or similar.
Availability for immediate incorporation.
Own vehicle (essential)
