On the occasion of the summer campaign, we are looking to hire several Telephone Agents for the medical urgent and emergency area, to provide support and care to patients, guaranteeing a close, agile, and high-quality service.

What you'll do

Attend to patients' needs via telephone.
Detect patients' needs.
Collect data via telephone and register it correctly in the system.
Incident management and searching for coverage alternatives.
Offer medical assessment in case of a service complaint.
Referral of cases when necessary.
Follow and stay updated on internal management protocols, particular characteristics agreed upon with companies, and policies to comply with the ethics of Teladoc Health International.

Requirements

Organized, dynamic, and proactive people with good communication skills
Vocational Training or Training Cycle (ongoing or completed). Training related to the healthcare field is valued.
Native/high level of Spanish and Catalan is essential. English is valued.
Experience in customer service, especially in call centers and/or the healthcare sector.
Basic knowledge of office tools (Office suite).
