On the occasion of the summer campaign, we are looking to hire several Telephone Agents for the medical urgent and emergency area, to provide support and care to patients, guaranteeing a close, agile, and high-quality service.

What you'll do

  • Attend to patients' needs via telephone.
  • Detect patients' needs.
  • Collect data via telephone and register it correctly in the system.
  • Incident management and searching for coverage alternatives.
