Product Design Engineer

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and improvement of solutions within the company's catalog, ensuring compliance with established technical, regulatory, and quality requirements.

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and developing new products from the conceptual phase to their market launch.
• Managing and documenting design changes, guaranteeing the traceability of the modifications made.
• Preparing and keeping up to date the technical data sheets, drawings, and documentation associated with the product.
• Participating in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical tests and product validations.
• Keeping the archive of technical documentation, test reports, and certifications organized.
• Providing technical support to the different departments of the company, resolving queries and providing technical solutions.
• Collaborating on continuous improvement and product optimization projects.
• Participating in technical workshops, sector events, and trade fairs when necessary.

• Company with an international presence
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a technical office

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Design Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design and development positions.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience or knowledge in BIM environments using Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of prototyping and 3D printing.
• Knowledge of strength of materials and mechanical calculation.
• Experience working with polymeric materials, aluminum, and different coating systems.
• Knowledge of technical regulations applicable to industrial products.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
• B2 level of technical English.
