HVAC and Plumbing Manager

Take on the responsibility of coordinating a key technical team in Santiago de Compostela as an HVAC and Plumbing Foreman

-Lead, coordinate, and motivate the assigned technical team (4 people), distributing the workload and fostering a collaborative environment.

-Supervise the on-site execution of plumbing, HVAC, heating, and ventilation installations, ensuring compliance with deadlines.

-Perform the reading and interpretation of technical plans and diagrams, ensuring strict compliance with current regulations and quality standards.

-Manage the resolution of operational incidents in an agile manner.

-Control material resources on-site, coordinating procurement and monitoring the operational needs of the staff.

-Demonstrable previous experience in construction coordination or leadership of installation teams (minimum 4 people).

-Broad technical mastery in plumbing, HVAC, and heating installations.

-Proven ability for reading technical plans and assembly diagrams.

-Valid B driving license (essential for the management of the company vehicle).

-Residency in Santiago de Compostela or surrounding areas.
