Plan and coordinate the preparation of shipments and loading/shipping itineraries.
Manage the entry of raw materials/supplies and the exit of final products using warehouse management tools (ERP/WMS).
Coordinate with transport agencies and cold chain logistics to guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines.
Lead and organize the shifts of the team under your charge in the cutting, packaging, and warehouse section.
Propose and implement continuous improvements in logistics-production workflows.
Control the record of incidents, returns, and waste management.
