Site Manager

• Accredited qualifications in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering (ability to sign off projects is essential).
• 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course.
• 4 years of experience in site management, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, M4 / PRESTO, and Solid Works.
• Knowledge of cost and budget control, quality management, document management and administrative procedures, certifications, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• National geographic mobility: full availability to travel and work nationwide is essential, depending on project locations.
• We are looking for a profile with a strong focus on professional growth, proactive, with great organizational skills, attention to detail, and, above all, strong interpersonal skills for managing on-site teams.

• Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM (with flexibility depending on project needs).

You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of assigned projects within the specified economic, quality, and deadline terms. Reporting directly to the Management, you will lead the relationship with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Your duties will be:

• Management and execution: full follow-up of the execution process for contracted works nationwide (occasional travel of 1 or 2 days depending on project needs).
• Cost control: managing costs of assigned projects, preparing comparisons, budgets, and certifications.
• Negotiation: selecting, negotiating with, and supervising subcontractors and suppliers to ensure deadlines and quality.
• Liaison: direct contact with the client, the construction management team, and key industrial sector clients.
• Technical: providing technical and creative solutions to issues that arise during project development.
