• University degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably in public or civil construction.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate teams.
• A dynamic, resourceful person with initiative, capable of effectively handling unexpected situations.
• Proficiency in computer tools: Excel, Presto, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar project management and planning software.
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel within the Tarragonès, Baix Penedès, and Alt Penedès areas.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of several projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget.
• Manage in-house and subcontractor teams, ensuring proper organization at each project phase.
• Oversee the correct application of health and safety regulations on site, in collaboration with the prevention department.
• Carry out measurements, certifications, and economic control of the project.
• Coordinate and supervise the receipt of materials, machinery, and necessary resources.
• Maintain fluid communication with clients, technicians, and public administration, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with contractual commitments.
• Participate in preparing bids, budgets, and technical planning for new projects.
• Ensure proper technical and administrative documentation for the projects under your responsibility.
