What you'll do

Conduct the technical and economic study of the project, adjusting the execution budget.
Plan the execution of the work, ensuring compliance with deadlines and profitability objectives.
Coordinate the necessary contracts, ensuring compliance with technical and logistical requirements.
Control construction costs, proposing solutions in case of deviations.
Supervise the progress of the planning and make requests for material, human, and technical resources.
Manage and coordinate subcontracted companies, ensuring the correct execution of the work.
Transmit technical instructions and necessary documentation to the foreman.
Represent the company in construction meetings with the supervising architect and the client.
Resolve incidents during the execution of the work.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations on site.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Public Works, Civil Engineering, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience managing construction execution in a construction company.
At least 5 years of experience executing building or civil engineering projects with PEMs over 2M €.
Experience in public works is valued.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Autocad, and ERPs (SAP or similar).
Bilingual in Spanish; Catalan is valued.
Residence or availability to relocate to the province of Barcelona.
Availability for mobility within Catalonia.
Committed, decisive, results-oriented profile with negotiation skills.
