Requirements
What we're looking for
- Higher Degree or University Degree in Computer, Telecommunications, or Industrial Engineering (MECES Level 2 or 3).
- Demonstrable experience of between 5 and 10 years as a Project Manager in contracts within the ICT Technologies field.
- Demonstrable experience of between 3 and 5 years in the management of ICT projects related to physical security.
- Demonstrable experience of between 2 and 5 years in projects developed in the transport sector.
- Demonstrable experience of between 3 and 5 years working with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Experience in the use of project management tools such as Jira, Clarity, and Confluence.
- Experience in ITSM and ticketing tools such as Helix and Remedy.
- Official Scrum Master certification.
- Official certification in Jira.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of continuous integration and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Sonar, or Nexus.
- Experience participating in bidding and contracting processes for technological projects.
- Knowledge of risk management and ICT project governance.
- Additional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
- Experience in railway safety environments or critical infrastructures.

The role
At Izertis we continue to grow and we want to incorporate an ICT Project Manager specialized in Railway Safety to participate in the management, coordination, and supervision of technological projects within the field of railway safety.
The selected person will work on strategic digital transformation and physical security projects in the transport sector, collaborating with different business areas, technical teams, and involved organizations to guarantee the correct execution, monitoring, and implementation of solutions.
What you'll do
- Identify and analyze the needs of the Railway Safety Area through requirement gathering activities and solution definition.
- Apply agile methodologies in project management, acting as Scrum Master in area initiatives.
- Prepare the documentation associated with the control, monitoring, and governance of ICT projects.
- Coordinate the activities derived from project management between the business areas, technical teams, and involved legal-administrative areas.
- Support project management and monitoring through tools such as Jira, Clarity, and other tracking platforms.
- Manage and monitor incidents, requests, and changes through ITSM and ticketing tools such as Remedy and Helix.
- Collaborate in continuous integration processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Sonar, or Nexus.
- Participate in the bidding processes for new technological projects in the area.
- Advise on the implementation of best practices and the adoption of technological solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions.
