From NORTEMPO SELECTION we are recruiting for one of our clients, a leading company in the technical installations and international engineering projects sector, a Senior Site Manager for projects in Spain and abroad.
A professional with extensive experience in managing technical installation works, capable of leading on-site projects, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring the proper execution of work within deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Comprehensive planning and management of technical installation works (piping, cabling, and equipment).
• On-site supervision of project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
• Coordination and management of in-house technical teams and subcontractors.
• Management of incidents and modifications arising from unforeseen site conditions, proposing alternative technical solutions.
• Direct communication with the client's site manager or representative, assuming a high level of responsibility and negotiation capability.
• Control and management of materials, stock, warehouse, and machinery, including procurement requests for small materials.
• Monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and reporting potential deviations.
• Preparation and submission of technical documentation (drawings, progress reports, material status).
• Application and enforcement of Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) regulations.
• Providing technical training and support to teams for tasks such as splicing and certification of UTP and fiber optic cabling.
