The role

What you'll do

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the selected person will be responsible for:

Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations during their shift.
Organize and distribute team tasks to ensure the fulfillment of daily objectives.
Supervise receptions, put-away, order picking, and shipping.
Manage loading and unloading, ensuring the correct flow of materials.
Resolve operational incidents and coordinate the necessary actions to minimize their impact.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Ensure order and the correct organization of the warehouse.
Participate actively in the continuous improvement of logistical processes.
