The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the food sector that, in the midst of a growth process, needs to hire a Plant Manager to lead productive activity and guarantee the correct functioning of daily operations.

What you'll do

Organize daily production according to the established planning and manufacturing priorities.
Coordinate and distribute tasks among the different production teams, ensuring the correct functioning of the lines.
Lead daily plant operations, guaranteeing compliance with production, quality, and efficiency objectives.
Provide support to the team in resolving technical incidents, machinery adjustments, and line startups.
Ensure the correct use of machinery and compliance with good practices in handling, hygiene, and food safety.
Supervise production rhythms, identify possible bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement actions to optimize processes.
Train, accompany, and support operators, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Guarantee the correct configuration of the lines before the start of each shift and ensure compliance with quality standards.
