Gross Annual Salary of €28,887.46. Additionally, you will have an availability bonus of €899.08 and a variable remuneration of €3,000.

As a roadside assistance mechanic, your main responsibilities will be: Diagnosing breakdowns and performing the highest possible percentage of on-site repairs (RIS) to allow the partner or customer to quickly continue their journey. Rigorously complying with established service times, including confirmation, travel, and occupation time. Orienting your daily work towards the achievement of objectives (such as battery resolution, time tracking, and service volume per hour). Applying and following the action protocols established by the unit. Offering a fully personalized, attentive, and empathetic treatment to the customer to maximize their satisfaction with the technical service received. Carrying out proper segregation of waste at the source (both at the bases and during maintenance and repair operations). Performing and keeping your training in efficient driving techniques up to date.
Structured schedule: You will work with a "long week" and "short week" roster, allowing for better organization.
During the long week, you will work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
The schedule from Monday to Friday will be from 8:30h to 19:30h, and on weekends from 9:30h to 18:30h.
During the short week, you will work only Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30h to 19:30h.
