Do you have experience as a mechanic in the hydraulics section? This is your opportunity to grow professionally!

What you'll do

Precision disassembly: Remove components and parts from the vessel's hydraulic systems (such as cranes, gangways, hydraulic hoses, cylinders, etc.) following the instructions of the Project Manager or Section Supervisor. This operation requires extreme care and delicacy due to the high value of the working environment.
Identification and traceability: Correctly mark and record each hydraulic part and connection following our implemented internal process. — Internal logistics: Transfer parts to the corresponding locations in the workshop or warehouse as required for their repair or storage.
Technical repair: Repair, change hoses, replace seals, or recondition hydraulic components strictly following the technical specifications marked for each project.
Component reconditioning: Disassemble, change seals, repair, and reassemble hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, distributors, and valve blocks.
Pressure testing and bleeding: Fill the circuits, bleed trapped air, and perform extreme pressure tests to certify that the system is leak-proof and safe before the ship sails.
Assembly and testing: Reassemble and install the parts once repaired, respecting the reverse order of disassembly to ensure perfect fit and system operation.

How you'll work

Schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Requirements

Take responsibility for the complete maintenance cycle of the hydraulic systems on board.
