Requirements

What we're looking for

Training: Vocational Training (FP) in the Mechanical field.
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar position (maintenance/repair of heavy or agricultural machinery).
Proficiency in engines, hydraulic systems, transmission systems, and the use of hand tools.
Valid driver's license is essential.

Nice to have

Valuable proficiency in IT tools/data management such as SAP and digital technical reporting solutions.
Customer orientation, effective communication, focus on quality/safety, and ability to work in a team.

The role

Key position as a Technical Assistance Technician (SAT) in the field and at customer facilities, in charge of direct diagnosis and fault resolution.

What you'll do

Diagnosis and Maintenance: execute preventive/corrective maintenance and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in both company and customer equipment.
Testing and Verification: perform functional evaluations and machinery adjustments following repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Document Management: document interventions, parts, and applied solutions through the SAT Mobile tool and report on the status of the machinery.
Technical Customer Service: advise the customer on use and maintenance, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Safety and Prevention: comply with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations, perform tool inspections, and maintain order in the company vehicle and work areas.
