At Randstad, we are looking for a Technical After-Sales Service Assistant to join a specialized team in accessibility solutions on a permanent basis. If you have a technical vocation, a B driving license, and are looking for a stable position with a schedule that allows you to enjoy your weekend from Friday at noon, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Integrated into the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) department, your main functions will be:

Assembly and installation: Assembly and placement of machinery and accessibility structures (stairlifts, elevators, etc.) at customer locations.
Maintenance and repair: Carrying out preventive and corrective interventions on installed systems, both at a mechanical and electrical level.
Fault diagnosis: Identification of technical failures in electromechanical components and resolution of incidents in the field.
Tool handling: Daily use of manual tools, electric tools, and technical measurement equipment.
User assistance: Basic explanation of the machinery's operation to the customer or end user.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday: From 08:30h to 18:00h.
Friday: Intensive workday from 08:30h to 14:00h (Friday afternoons off).
