Requirements

What we're looking for

-Hold a Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM or CFGS) in Machining or have 2 years of professional experience in the same position.

-At least 1 year of experience in similar functions.

-Generic training/information on Quality and Environmental policy, and environmental awareness, provided during a session of the induction plan.

-Additionally, the following training will be necessary; if you do not have it, you will be trained internally.

-Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) courses in Grinding and Abrasion.

-Overhead Crane course.

The role

Do you have experience as a first-class machinist, working with lathes, milling machines, drills, and other cutting tools? If so, at Randstad, we are looking for you!

What you'll do

Your mission will be to carry out the manufacturing and quality control of parts automatically, based on a pre-established program, where your main functions will be:

-Machinist.

-Turning of parts.

  • Milling
  • Drilling
  • Use of cutting machines
  • Manufacturing of machined parts on lathes and/or machining centers that have been previously prepared and programmed.
  • Changing parts and supervising the correct operation of the machine.
  • Ensuring the supply of resources and materials for the machines.
  • Quality control of manufactured parts using conventional metrology tools.
  • Maintenance of the facility and the workstation
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and environmental regulations
  • Respecting and complying with prevention rules. Ensuring your own safety and health, as well as that of

colleagues and any third parties who could be affected.

How you'll work

-The schedule is an intensive working day, which depending on production needs can be from 6:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00.
