Textile Operator

To guarantee correct adaptation to the plant's pace, the following is required:

Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of demonstrable previous experience working in production plants within the textile sector.

Mobility: Availability of a personal vehicle (essential to access the facilities before the start of the 06:00h shift).

Aptitudes: Good visual acuity for the detection of fabric faults, manual dexterity, an agile work pace, and rigor in quality controls.

Attitude: A responsible, methodical person oriented towards long-term job stability.

We are looking for a Textile Operator with previous experience in the sector to join the plant team directly.

Your main mission will be to ensure the correct functioning of the assigned textile machinery (spinning, weaving, dyeing, or finishing), guaranteeing the constant feeding of raw materials, the early detection of anomalies in the fabric, and strict compliance with the quality standards of the final product.

Integrated into the production plant, your daily functions will be:

Handling and supervision of textile machinery: Preparation, setup, feeding, and operational control of the line machinery (looms, spinning machines, finishers, or finishing machinery).

In-line quality control: Continuous visual inspection of the yarn or fabric to identify defects, breaks, tension variations, weft faults, or chromatic inconsistencies.

Loading and supplying material: Mounting bobbins, rolls, and reels onto the machines, ensuring the continuity of the production flow.

Handling of finished product: Extraction, weighing, packaging, labeling, and placement of rolls or finished pieces in the warehouse area.

Basic operational maintenance: Periodic cleaning of the workstation and machinery (removal of lint, textile residues, and fiber dust) to prevent breakdowns or fabric contamination.
