What you'll get
Competitive salary: Base salary of €2,000 gross per month (to which the corresponding non-stop bonus will be added independently).
Stability and projection: Initial temporary contract of 6 months (not a permanent seasonal modality), with high possibilities of direct incorporation into the company's permanent staff based on performance.
Structured schedule organization: American shift under a pattern of 6 working days and 3 rotating rest days (6+3 pattern), always guaranteeing at least one full weekend off per month.
Safe working environment: Integration into a consolidated industrial plant, with continuous training and technical support from day one.
The role
Do you have experience in industrial production environments and are you looking for a stable project with future prospects? From our Recruitment team, we are managing the hiring of a dynamic, responsible operational profile with technical proficiency to join a prominent manufacturing plant dedicated to the manufacture of special papers, located in the vicinity of Carme (08787). If you have a valid forklift license, your own vehicle, and the motivation to integrate into a high-performance team with real possibilities of permanent employment, this opportunity will allow you to consolidate your career in a solid and highly technical industrial environment.
What you'll do
Product supply and handling: Perform the handling, loading, and safe movement of paper reels and raw materials during the different phases of the manufacturing process.
Machinery and forklift operation: Driving and operating forklifts for the supply of production lines and the storage of reels, ensuring compliance with plant safety regulations.
Continuous process supervision: Control the parameters of the assigned machines, monitoring production continuity, the manufacturing pace, and the correct feeding of materials.
Quality control and finishing: Visually inspect the finished product, detecting anomalies and ensuring that the reels meet the required technical specifications.
Maintenance and operational order: Keep the work area clean and organized, actively collaborating in the detection of basic mechanical incidents or process deviations.
