Plastics Sector Operator

Contract: Initial temporary contract through Randstad with high real possibilities of continuity and becoming part of the client company's permanent staff.

Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) allowing for planning and versatility.

Residence in Ontinyent or surrounding areas, or having your own vehicle to commute to the workplace.

Previous experience as an operator in the plastics sector or other industrial environments is valued.

Proactive attitude, dynamism, and ability to adapt to teamwork.

Availability for immediate or short-term start.

As part of the production team and reporting to the shift supervisor, your main duties will be:

Feeding, controlling, and supervising production lines and plastic machinery.

Checking the quality of the final product and removing defective material.

Packaging, boxing, and palletizing the finished product.

Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation, complying with safety and hygiene regulations.

Resolving minor operational issues on the line.
