What we're looking for

What you'll do

CNC Machining and Programming (Mazatrol):

Machine-side programming, setup, and adjustment of lathes and/or machining centers with Mazatrol control.

Interpretation of technical drawings to configure cutting parameters, speeds, and appropriate tools for aluminum.

Correction of dimensions, tool changes, and optimization of cycle times.

Finishing and Verification Process:

Precision deburring of machined parts (manual or with specific deburring tools).

Marking of parts according to traceability specifications or customer requirements.

Maintenance and Treatment of Parts:

Supervision and execution of washing and degreasing processes for aluminum parts post-machining.

First-level maintenance of machinery and cleaning of the work area.

Packing and preparation of the finished product for shipment or the next production phase.
