The role

Do you have experience in the packaging and corrugated cardboard sector? At Randstad, we are looking for a Casemaker Machine Operator specialized in 4-color flexographic printing and rotary die-cutting to join a major company located in Vilobí del Penedès. What you'll do

Preparation and setup of the Casemaker line: mounting of printing plates, ink adjustment (viscosity and color), loading of cardboard sheets, and calibration of the folding/gluing unit.

Adjustment of the rotary die-cutting: placement and adjustment of cylindrical molds/dies, anvils, and slotter blades.

Production and quality control: continuous monitoring of the 4-color printing registration, folding quality, cutting precision, and gluing strength.

Basic first-level maintenance: cleaning of anilox rollers, ink circuits, changing of doctor blades, and preventive lubrication.

Resolution of minor operational issues at the line to avoid unscheduled downtime.

Strict compliance with occupational safety regulations (PPE, safety lockouts) and orderliness of the workspace.

Requirements

Demonstrable previous experience of at least 1-2 years operating Casemaker lines or corrugated cardboard flexographic machines with a rotary die-cutting module.

Solid technical knowledge in flexography (ink adjustment, color registration, anilox rollers).

Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

Residence in Vilobí del Penedès or surrounding areas and own vehicle to access the workplace.
