Experience: Previous experience in structure assembly (stands, metal/aluminum carpentry, formwork, or similar).

Technical skills: Proficiency in the handling of manual/portable electric tools and fluency in the interpretation of plans or assembly diagrams.

Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, dynamism, thoroughness, and good teamwork capacity.

Availability: Immediate start in the schedule from 09:00h to 18:00h.

Residence in Montcada i Reixac or nearby towns.

What you'll get

Salary: €12.45 gross per hour (approximately €21,600 gross annually for full-time employment).

Schedule: Full-time from Monday to Friday in central hours, from 09:00h to 18:00h (with the corresponding lunch break).

At Randstad, we are looking for an Assembly Operator to join a major company in the construction and engineering sector located in Montcada i Reixac. What you'll do

As part of the R&D department support team, your main functions will be:

Assembly and assembly of stands/structures: Assembly of prototypes, exhibition stands, and formwork systems/structures according to plans and specifications from the technical team.

Support to the R&D area: Collaborating directly with engineers in resistance, adjustment, and feasibility testing of new components.

Use of workshop tools: Safe handling of screwdrivers, impact wrenches, levelers, and manual/electric assembly tools.

Verification and adjustment: Fine adjustment of parts to guarantee correct fit and assembly stability.

Maintenance, order, and cleanliness of the testing and assembly area.
