As part of the production team, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and setting up industrial presses in the sector after a guided training period.
• Ensuring product excellence by performing visual and technical quality checks during manufacturing.
• Managing materials through loading and unloading to maintain the line's production pace.
• Cooperating with the team to keep the workstation and machinery clean and organized.

• Profile: People with a strong attitude and commitment, looking for stable employment where they can learn a trade within the industrial plastics sector.
• Flexibility: Availability to work a rotating 4-shift schedule with scheduled days off.
• Location: Residency in Alfarrassí or nearby towns and having your own vehicle for commuting.
• Added value: We require previous experience in production environments. We would love to meet you if you have worked in industrial plants before and are available for immediate start.

• Future project: Initial contract through a staffing agency (ETT) with the possibility of transitioning to the company's permanent staff.
• Compensation package: Monthly salary between 2,500 and 2,600 gross, including night shift bonuses.
• Work-life balance: Full-time schedule with rotating shifts, with 2 days off during the week and one weekend off per month.
• Professional growth: Onboarding plan and continuous training in operating presses within the plastics sector.

Como parte del equipo de producción, te responsabilizarás de:

• Operar y configurar prensas industriales del sector tras un periodo de aprendizaje guiado.
• Asegurar la excelencia del producto, realizando controles de calidad visuales y técnicos durante la fabricación.
• Gestión de materiales mediante carga y descarga para mantener el ritmo de producción de la línea.
• Cooperar con el equipo manteniendo la limpieza y el orden del puesto y la maquinaria.

• Perfil: Personas con alta actitud y compromiso, que busquen un empleo estable donde aprender un oficio dentro del sector plástico industrial.
• Flexibilidad: Disponibilidad para trabajar en régimen de cuarto turno rotativo con días de descanso programados.
• Ubicación: Residencia en Alfarrassí o poblaciones cercanas y disponer de vehículo propio para desplazarse.
• Valor añadido: Requerimos experiencia previa en entornos de producción, nos gustará conocerte si has trabajado anteriormente en plantas industriales y tienes disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata.

• Proyecto de futuro: Contrato inicial por ETT con paso posterior a plantilla de forma indefinida.
• Paquete retributivo: Salario mensual entre 2.500y 2.600 brutos incluyendo pluses de nocturnidad.
• Equilibrio vida-trabajo: Jornada completa con turnos rotativos, librando 2 días entresemana y un fin de semana al mes.
