Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the schedule (including cleaning and Food Defense inspections).

Validate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders in accordance with what has been established.

Perform the critical point control of the metal detector in the manufacturing area, if applicable (requires CCP training).

Collect and self-control samples according to the established analytical plan.

Review and record rejects from the security metal detector according to the procedure.

Remove generated waste to the corresponding containers.

Visually inspect and control the stock in the silos according to the defined frequency.
