The role

Do you have experience in the metal and industrial manufacturing sector? At Randstad, we are looking for various technical and operational profiles to join a prominent metal construction company.

What you'll do

Depending on your specialty and technical experience, you will join one of the key areas developing tasks such as:

Boilermaking and Layout: Interpretation of assembly and part drawings, cutting, layout, sheet metal forming, and assembly of metal structures.
Industrial Welding: Joining of parts and structural assemblies using MIG-MAG (solid/tubular wire), TIG, and electrode processes on carbon and stainless steels, complying with the workshop's quality standards.
CNC / Conventional Machining: Preparation, adjustment, and operation of lathes, milling machines, or machining centers for the manufacture of parts according to manufacturing drawings.
Mechanical Fitting and Assembly: Assembly of mechanical units, tolerance adjustment, dimensional checks, and final product finishing.

How you'll work

Full-time working day from Monday to Friday in morning or afternoon shifts.

Requirements

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Degree) in Metal branches: Welding and Boilermaking, Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, Electromechanical Maintenance, or similar.
Demonstrable previous experience (at least 1-2 years) in boilermaker, welder, machinist, or assembler positions in metal or naval sector companies.
Driving license and own vehicle for commuting.
