The role

Do you have experience in hotel operations or event coordination and are you looking to make the leap into an international corporate environment? Do you stand out for your organizational capacity, your integral vision of processes, and your bilingual command of English and Spanish? If you want to be the key piece orchestrating exclusive loyalty programs by connecting hotels and global teams, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

Your main role will be to act as the central link and orchestrator between hotel properties, an external agency specialized in experiences, and the various internal corporate teams (Loyalty, CRM, Digital Channels, and Customer Service):

  • Multidisciplinary Coordination and Liaison: Act as a communication nexus between participating hotels, external providers, and corporate departments to ensure the correct execution of the loyalty and experiences program.
  • Calendar and Deadline Management: Control and strictly follow up on the timelines of each initiative, ensuring that communications, promotions, and activations are launched on the agreed dates.
  • Budgetary Control: Supervise and monitor the budgets assigned to each project or event, guaranteeing compliance with the planned costs.
  • Standardization and Scalability: Document processes, operating guides, and work procedures to facilitate the efficient replication and scaling of experiences and events in other hotels within the group.
  • Operational Follow-up: Ensure the alignment of all parties involved without intervening directly in the physical execution at the hotel or in the general strategic definition.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in hotel operations, corporate event coordination, or operational project management in the hospitality sector.
  • Languages: Bilingual / advanced professional command of English and Spanish (essential for interacting with stakeholders and properties in different countries).
  • Skills: Organizational rigor, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and a process-oriented mindset.

Benefits and conditions

  • Salary: Between 30,000 and 32,000 euros gross per year.
  • Contract type and duration: Permanent seasonal (Fijo Discontinuo) with no end date.

Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:30 (with flexible start and end times).

Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.

  • Work modality: Hybrid model (3 days in-office and 2 days of teleworking, with Friday being mandatory teleworking and the second day being of free choice/flexible).
  • Corporate environment: Opportunity to join the service at the corporate headquarters of a top-tier large international hotel company.
