What we're looking for

 Master’s degree; 0–3 years of relevant experience.

 Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.

 Advanced Excel knowledge, including formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP.

 Strong Microsoft Outlook expertise, including calendar and meeting coordination.

 Comfortable using collaborative and digital tools.

 Ability to communicate information clearly and work with diverse stakeholders.

 Full professional fluency in Spanish and English; English is required.

 Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities

Operational support

 Create and update POS2 materials.

 Check SKU information in Elixpedia and transfer SKU data to SAP.

 Maintain Excel files, tables, and reports, using formulas such as VLOOKUP.

 Help ensure operational information is accurate and well organized.

Coordination and project support

 Collect, consolidate, and share information with relevant stakeholders.

 Monitor incidents and coordinate follow-up.

 Support meeting preparation, scheduling, and coordination.

 Assist with project planning, tracking, and status updates.
