The role

Are you a proactive, customer-oriented person who is passionate about the world of leisure and travel?

We are looking for promoters for the Christmas Campaign at points of sale for the leading firm in experience boxes. Your goal will be to inspire and guide those looking for the perfect gift among a wide variety of getaways, spas, dinners, and adventure activities.

What you'll do

As a promoter at the point of sale, your main responsibilities will be:

Promoting and incentivizing the sale of the brand's catalog of experience chests and gift boxes.
Providing personalized and agile advice, detecting customer needs to recommend the best leisure option.
Proactively capturing the attention of visitors, explaining the product's functionality and advantages.
Guaranteeing the correct positioning of the brand, keeping the assigned space clean, tidy, and with the appropriate stock.
Reporting commercial and sales information through the tools indicated by the company.

Requirements

Commercial and public-oriented profile: High-level customer service competencies, fluid communication, and empathy.
Proactivity and dynamism: Ease in approaching the customer and incentivizing sales naturally.
Previous experience in promotions, assisted sales, or customer service in large retail stores will be positively valued.
Immediate availability to join the position and adapt to the fixed schedule for weekends.

Benefits and conditions

-Campaign period: from December 15th to January 5th, with temporary employment linked to the Christmas commercial campaign.

-Working day: full-time or part-time in morning or afternoon shifts, depending on the operational needs of the assigned center.

-Salary: between €9.00 and €10.00 gross per hour.
