The role

Are you passionate about technology, telephony, and direct customer contact? Do you have a commercial spirit and enjoy advising on the latest market news? At Randstad, we are looking for a Sales Promoter to join us in Callao (Madrid) for 30 hours per week. If you are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented environment, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Personalized advice and proactive sales of telephony devices, technology, and accessories.
Product demonstration and user experience for customers in-store. Achievement of individual and point-of-sale commercial objectives.
Care of brand image, shelf organization, and product replenishment.
Collaboration with the store team and sales reporting to coordination.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months previous experience as a promoter or sales representative in telephony, new technologies, or similar positions.
Strong commercial vocation, communication skills, and a clear orientation toward the customer and objective-based results.
Proactive, dynamic profile with the ability to work in a team.
Polished and professional image.
Native/fluent level of Spanish is essential; English level is valued.
Availability to work 30 hours per week in the city center.

Benefits and conditions

Working day: 30 hours per week distributed according to the following schedule:

Monday: 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 (8 h)

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: Off

Thursday: 17:00 to 21:00 (4 h)

Friday: 17:00 to 21:00 (4 h)

Saturday: 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 (8 h)

Sunday: 11:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 (6 h)
