Vehicle Polisher with Disability Certificate

As a Vehicle Polisher, you will take on the full conditioning of new and used cars, carrying out the following responsibilities

Complete aesthetic preparation: Initial cleaning, degreasing and prior exterior conditioning of vehicles.

Surface correction: Thorough polishing of bodywork to remove surface scratches, wash marks, holograms and paint imperfections.

Finishing treatments: Expert application of waxes, sealants and long-lasting polishing and protection treatments.

Final quality control: Exhaustive visual inspection of each vehicle, ensuring compliance with required standards before delivery to the customer or display at the dealership.

Maintenance of work equipment: Responsible use, cleaning and operational maintenance of polishers (rotary and orbital), pads, cloths and specific chemical products.

Internal coordination: Working in close communication with the workshop technical team to ensure compliance with agreed delivery times.

Disability Certificate: It is essential to hold a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% or a recognized Permanent Disability ruling.

Work experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrable prior experience in polishing, detailing and aesthetic preparation of vehicle bodywork.

Education level: No specific academic qualification required (training in Bodywork and Paint or Automotive Bodywork will be positively valued).

Technical knowledge: Proficiency in wet sanding, sanding, polishing, and automotive paint correction techniques.

Skills and competencies: High level of meticulousness, attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team.

Salary: Fixed salary range between 1,800 and 2,100 euros gross per month (depending on experience and demonstrated professional merit).

Type of contract: Stable employment contract linked to a consolidated project.
