Mobility and essential requirement: Having a valid B driving license and a private vehicle to travel daily along the assigned center route.

Required experience: Previous experience in merchandise replenishment tasks, merchandising, route replenishment, or customer service in the mass distribution and supermarket sector.

Key competencies: Ability to learn and adapt to GPV guidelines, responsibility, autonomy on the route, and a sense of organization.

Salary remuneration: 8,644.35 — gross.

Travel compensation: Mileage allowance at €0.21/km for the use of a private vehicle for travel between centers.

Do you have experience in merchandise replenishment, commercial visibility at the point of sale (merchandising), and do you have your own vehicle to carry out commercial itineraries? If you consider yourself an active, autonomous person, meticulous with product presentation, and are looking for a dynamic route replenishment project for major hypermarkets and large retail stores in the Barcelona area, this opportunity is for you! We are looking to hire a professional for the operational execution of supply and shelf visibility during the active campaign.

In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for guaranteeing optimal supply, proper placement, and the impeccable presentation of products on the route of assigned client centers (Carrefour and Alcampo centers in Barcelona and surrounding areas). Your main functions will be:

Initial accompaniment and operational training: Working jointly with the Point of Sale Managers (GPV) during the first days to receive specific guidelines, visibility directives, and the work map.

Replenishment and product conditioning: Performing the unpacking, placement, refilling, and ordering of merchandise on shelves, endcaps, and displays according to the established standards.

Rotation control and labeling: Ensuring the product rotation principle (FIFO/FEFO), verifying expiration dates, optimal packaging condition, and price visibility.

Itinerary management: Carrying out daily travel between the assigned hypermarkets on the route with autonomy and punctuality.

Working day and progressive hourly distribution: Temporary contract adapted to campaign volume (with monthly reviews and variations of the working day):

October: 76 monthly hours.

November: 152 monthly hours.

December: 140 monthly hours.

January: 8 total hours.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (start time pending confirmation with the client according to center needs).

Project duration: Immediate start following the selection process and contract end date on 05/01/2027.

Operational scope: Hypermarkets and large retail stores in the Barcelona area (Carrefour, ECI, and Alcampo centers).
