Route Stocker

Mobility and essential requirement: Have a valid driver's license and your own car to travel autonomously between the points of sale on the route (related licenses, motorcycles, or other means of transport are not accepted).

Required experience: Demonstrable previous experience in merchandise replenishment, merchandising, or customer service in supermarkets and hypermarkets.

Availability: Flexibility and availability to attend calls and incidents according to the needs of the route service.

Key competencies: Autonomy, sense of responsibility, ability to organize working time, and rigor in maintaining the brand image.

If you are an autonomous, responsible person, have your own vehicle (car), and are looking to join a dynamic team to cover incidents and reinforce route service, this opportunity is for you! We are looking to hire a professional to take charge of replenishment and the maintenance of the commercial image at various points of sale on the island.

In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for guaranteeing adequate supply and an impeccable commercial image on the various assigned routes within the geographic sector of the island of Tenerife (the stretch from Candelaria to Los Gigantes). Your main functions will be:

Replenishment and shelf conditioning: Replenish products on assigned shelves, counters, and display areas, following the client's commercial parameters and manuals.

Date management and rotation: Guarantee the correct rotation of products on the shelf to avoid expired or damaged items.

Maintenance and commercial image: Ensure the cleanliness of the sales space, correct price labeling, and the proper placement of promotional or visibility material.

Operational attention and reporting: Record incidents, control stock needs, and periodically report the status of visits and routes completed to the headquarters.
