If you consider yourself a dynamic, autonomous person, oriented toward detail and with high flexibility for carrying out commercial replenishment routes during high-volume campaigns, this opportunity is for you! We are looking to hire a professional to cover workload peaks and reinforce routes in the Canary Islands, ensuring the optimal presence and implementation of products in-store.
In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for ensuring the proper presentation, supply, and presence of merchandise within the network of establishments assigned within the Canary Islands routes. Your main functions will be:
Replenishment and shelf conditioning: Perform the unpacking, placement, and organization of merchandise on shelves and displays at points of sale according to implementation maps (planograms).
Stock and rotation control: Guarantee the correct rotation of the product (FEFO/FIFO criteria), verifying expiration dates, packaging condition, and the visibility of price labeling.
Coverage of reinforcement routes: Execute assigned replenishment routes agilely, adapting to increases in operational demand associated with special campaigns (such as the Christmas campaign).
Reporting and monitoring: Communicate stock incidents, shortages, or service needs through corporate monitoring channels and instruments.
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule and breaks: Schedule from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 h to 15:00 h, with 2 days of weekly rest (fixed Sunday plus one rotating/alternating day off during the week, or a combination of Saturday and Sunday depending on the roster).
Travel compensation: Mileage allowance for journeys made while performing the route with a personal vehicle.
Contract type: Seasonal contract (not permanent) designed to cover workload peaks and high-volume campaigns.
Start date: Immediate start following the completion of the selection process.
Operational areas of action:
Active routes in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and North Tenerife (travel within the strip from Güímar to Icod de los Vinos).
Christmas campaign reinforcement route in the Agüimes-Vecindario area (Southeast Gran Canaria).
