The role
At Bureau Veritas Inspection and Testing, we are looking to incorporate a Quality and Accreditation Technical Manager into our Legal Entity.
If you have a solid track record in Quality Assurance, Technical Management, or Quality Management within conformity assessment bodies, and you are motivated by working in a technical, demanding environment focused on continuous improvement, this opportunity may be for you.
You will be the person responsible for ensuring technical management, quality, and compliance of processes and systems, guaranteeing the correct application of procedures related to accreditations under ISO 17020, ISO 17065, and ISO 17024 standards.
What you'll do
- Leading the technical management of processes, documentation, and systems associated with accreditations.
- Coordinating internal and external audits, as well as the follow-up of findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Driving continuous improvement, quality control, and monitoring of Quality Assurance KPIs.
- Coordinating technical committees, liaising with public administrations, and presenting reports and resources.
- Leading technical training, qualification, and validation of staff competencies.
- Reviewing and approving procedures, new accreditations, renewals, and technical tools.
- Ensuring technical governance, segregation of duties, and proper management of complaints, appeals, and conflicts of interest.
