We are looking for a dynamic, creative professional who is passionate about the design, architecture, and luxury real estate sectors, capable of taking the digital narrative of our assets and milestones to the next level.
Main responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Planning: Design and execute the strategic content plan adapted to the prime real estate sector. Define the editorial line, tone of voice, and narrative positioning across key channels (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
On-Site Content Creation and Production: Visual coverage (photography and video) of real estate assets, corporate events, architectural projects, or investment operations. Audiovisual Editing and Assembly: Video editing in high-conversion vertical formats (Reels / TikTok) and writing persuasive copy.
Use of AI and Digital Tools: Application of Artificial Intelligence tools for the optimization of content workflows. Community Management and Social Listening: Active moderation, community engagement, and monitoring of trends in architecture, design, and premium lifestyle.
Analysis and Reporting: Continuous measurement of KPIs (reach, engagement, and conversion) for the constant optimization of campaigns. Coordination with Management and Sales: Close work with Management/CEO and the sales team to coordinate featured properties and business milestones.
