About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Strategy & Integration Manager to connect the social strategy of a banking institution with brand and business objectives.
This role does not manage day-to-day social media operations. Its responsibility is to integrate social logic into campaigns and communication plans from briefing to analysis, combining strategic vision, data intelligence, and cross-functional integration with internal teams and agencies.

Acts as a strategic reference in social media, ensuring coherence, cultural relevance, and measurable contribution to business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media strategy, social planning, digital consulting, or social strategy roles in banking, agencies, or corporate communications environments.
  • Strategic vision of social media (organic and paid) beyond operational content execution.
  • Experience working with social performance data, social listening, and audience insights, with the ability to turn them into strategic recommendations for business and creativity.
  • Business stakeholder-oriented profile (accounts, marketing, communications, branding, CX) with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Creative sensitivity, understanding of social media language, and the digital cultural context.
  • Communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for strategic workshops.
  • High level of Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1). Knowledge of Italian and/or German will be valued.
  • Previous experience in regulated sectors and managing brands with high reputational exposure on social media will be valued.
