The role

Do you have experience in industrial welding and are you looking to join a stable project that allows you to enjoy Friday afternoons off? At Randstad, we are selecting a metal structure welding professional for a consolidated company located in Trigueros del Valle.

What you'll do

Interpret technical breakdown and manufacturing drawings to carry out the correct assembly of metal parts and structures.

Execute welded joints using continuous wire processes (MIG/MAG) and coated electrode (MMA), guaranteeing the required structural strength and finishes.

Prepare and adapt profiles, sheets, and base materials through cutting, beveling, and deburring operations prior to welding.

Visually and dimensionally verify the quality of the beads and welded assemblies in accordance with production standards.

Collaborate actively with the workshop team in preliminary assemblies and boilermaking adjustments.

Maintain order, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of welding machines, tools, and personal protective equipment.

How you'll work

Full-time split shift from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 13:30 h and from 15:00 to 18:00 h, and on Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00 h (Friday afternoons off for work-life balance).

Requirements

Minimum demonstrable experience of 2 years in metal structure welding using wire (MIG/MAG) and electrode (MMA).

Degree or regulated/certified training in the area of Welding and Boilermaking, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar (basic non-certified introductory courses are excluded).

Skill in interpreting technical workshop drawings and sketches.

Availability of a personal vehicle or means of transport to commute to the workplace in Trigueros del Valle.

Current welding certifications under UNE / ASME standards.

Training and accreditation for the handling of forklifts and overhead cranes.

Capacity for autonomous problem-solving and rigor in technical execution.
