Store Manager

1. Customer Service and Sales

You will be the point of reference in customer service and sales, motivating your team.

You will handle complaints and difficult situations, turning them into opportunities for customer loyalty.

You will gain an in-depth knowledge of the sales plan for each product family and guide your team to achieve objectives, always focused on customer needs.

You will ensure the proper availability and allocation of sales staff, optimizing team versatility according to customer flow.

You will propose and implement improvements to the shelf layout to make purchasing easier for customers.

1. Warehouse Maintenance

Together with your team, you will ensure proper facing and constant restocking of merchandise, complying with safety regulations.

Team Management

You will oversee store signage, commercial displays, and the good condition of displays and samples.

You will maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse, both in the facilities and with the merchandise.

You will manage stock, ensuring healthy inventory levels and the reliability of the computer inventory system through regular stocktakes.

You will manage and reduce shrinkage, involving your team.

You will be responsible for the execution of commercial operations.

You will manage shelf replenishment and ensure the correct configuration of the automatic replenishment system.

1. Team Coordination

You will coordinate and involve your team by setting an example, establishing priorities, and ensuring the completion of daily tasks and customer service.

You will support and train your team on a daily basis.

You will ensure the safety of staff and assets, as well as the proper functioning of the facilities and warehouse procedures.
