The role

A leading company in the metal sector and in the midst of an expansion process, we are looking for a Customer Service professional with great people skills and language proficiency to join our team in Igualada.

What you'll do

Integrated into our commercial and operations department, you will be the link between the company and our international clients. Your main functions will be:

360º Customer Management: Personalized attention, management of national and international orders, and logistical follow-up.

Administrative Management: Preparation and sending of quotes, as well as billing management and control.

Commercial Support: Direct support to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of objectives.

Incident Resolution: Proactive management of any setbacks in the supply chain or after-sales.

Logistical Coordination: Contact with carriers and the warehouse to ensure delivery deadlines.
