The role

We are looking for a senior logistics profile with experience managing retail/e-commerce clients.

What you'll do

Daily analysis of orders and e-commerce platform metrics.

Comprehensive order management and delivery tracking.

Review and management of bookings on logistics platforms.

Shipment tracking and control of delivery deadlines.

Updating shipping statuses and uploading PODs (Proof of Delivery) to clients' web platforms.

Management and resolution of logistics incidents.

Analysis and management of penalties derived from the service.

Coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to guarantee the service level.

Requirements

Higher vocational training (FPII) or similar

Experience using logistics platforms, client portals, and order management tools.

Valuable experience working with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central

High level of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas, data analysis)

Desirable knowledge of Power BI for KPI analysis and monitoring.

Desirable experience in EDI environments and logistics document management

Previous experience in logistics, customer service, transport, or order management, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments.

Analytical skills and results orientation.

Organized, methodical profile with attention to detail.

Skills for incident resolution and decision-making.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
