1.- Human Resources Management

Management of the selection processes, and labor administrative management

Ensure the correct implementation of the company's onboarding procedure.

Ensure the correct use and operation of personnel management tools (particularly the Woffu system)

Monitoring of absenteeism, shifts, vacations, and overtime.

Collaboration in performance evaluation and workplace climate processes.

Organization and coordination of the Training Plan.

Attention and resolution of employee inquiries related to HR.

Collaboration in internal communication actions and employee well-being.

2.- Occupational Risk Prevention

Ensure the correct implementation of the OHS system
