What we're looking for

Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or a University Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
At least 4 years of experience as an Accounting Technician.
Experience in accounting, recording and depreciation of fixed assets.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, mainly Excel.
User experience with SAP.
B2 English is a plus.

The role

ALDI and Randstad are joining forces in the search for the best talent. We are currently looking for a fixed assets accounting technician profile.

What you'll do

Perform accurate recording of documentation associated with fixed assets, ensuring correct accounting allocation.
Carry out a thorough review of fixed asset accounts, ensuring consistency between financial accounting and the asset register, as well as their monthly reconciliation.
Prepare and submit assigned tax returns (forms 322, 111, 115 and annual ones) to the State and Provincial Treasuries, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Supervise, control and validate the information sent to the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) regarding issued and received invoices, ensuring accuracy in tax declarations.
Support the review and execution of the monthly accounting close, verifying that all transactions are properly recorded within the corresponding accounting period.
Performing bank account reconciliations, carrying out personnel account balancing, reviewing and controlling monthly provisions, as well as collaborating in the preparation of the reports required for the monthly closing.
Prepare and review financial reports required by the Controlling department, providing accurate information for decision-making.
Regularly review and audit asset inventories at the sites, ensuring their proper management and recording.
Handle and resolve issues related to the fixed assets area, ensuring prompt resolution and communication with the relevant team.
